All Abilities Ballroom Discofox Class

Friends of Dance Sport, let's have a brief look at one of the classics among disco dances. We will learn as a dance couple of wheelchair users and walkers as well as solo wheelchair users to burn the current home dancefloors. Our dance today: Discofox with technique, basic steps and highlights. Let's Dance!

Cost: We have a suggested donation of $5-15. Your donations directly go towards paying our instructors and allows us to offer these dance classes available for all abilities! If you are not able to donate at this time, we still hope to see you there! Just make sure to select "Free" when you register.

More information about instructor; Erik Machens, 36 years old, is located in Northern Germany. Every journey begins with an event or person who either invites you or gives you a push in a certain direction. I got my friendly kick from two girlfriends who dragged me onto the dance floor when I was a teenager. Those days I felt pretty lonely and devastated cause my family faced some hardships.  Dancing gave me a language of grief and joy. Now I am two times Vice World Champion and several times German Champion in Latin and Ballroom Dances.
